As seniors at the College of Charleston, the three founders, life-long friends, collaborated their efforts to create a business that could serve the Nantucket community with a new take on the local raw bar experience. Growing up on the coast of Massachusetts, we have all gained a great appreciation for high-quality seafood that we want to share with others.
